Manage Critical Dates Throughout The Transaction
The purchase contract is very time critical and there are numerous time windows that need to be managed to reduce the risk of breaching the contract. We will maintain a calendar of critical dates for your specific transaction and make sure that we complete all required items within the specified timeframes.
Explain the Legal Language
You’ll encounter a lot of legal documents during your real estate transaction: Purchase Contract, Counter Offer(s), Addendum(s), Inspection Notices, Sellers’ Disclosures, Commitment for Title Insurance, and many more. We’ll be there to explain each page, line by line, in plain English for you – we want to make sure you understand EXACTLY what it is you’re signing.
Review Closing Statements
We will review the HUD-1 statement prior to you signing anything to ensure the accuracy of the transaction. Many times errors are made at the title company or at the lender’s office and we do everything we can to catch those oversights so that there aren’t any surprises waiting for you at the closing table.
Easy-Exit Listing Contracts
If for some reason you are not happy with the service you are receiving, just let us know. If it can’t be immediately resolved we’ll cancel the listing contract. No questions asked!

Whether you are ready to move in two weeks, two months, or two years from now, you’ll always be treated as our client. Moving is a major decision and we don’t want to pressure you into anything you’re not comfortable with. When you decide the time is right, we’ll be there.
